During the event you will participate in a number of mentoring events, to get the most out of them you should get into the right mindset. The goal of those sessions is not for anyone to tell you what to do, but for you to explore where you are in your career and personal life. 

To do before arriving in Athens we recommend you to :

  • connect with your mentor and your fellow mentees,
  • read the information Guide for Mentees 
  • check the schedule to prepare for the sessions you might find useful,
  • think about topic or issue you would like to discuss with someone. 

The general guidelines for mentoring activities are given in the Information for Mentees document, and descriptions of each mentoring sessions are available under the mentoring resources pages.
