Description: This session will introduce the fundamentals of threaded, multi-core parallelism using OpenMP and the C programming language, accommodating those who may be new to C. Participants will learn how to implement shared memory parallelism with OpenMP directives and explore the basics of using OpenMP for GPU programming. The session will conclude with a brief discussion on leveraging OpenMP for GPU programming.
