5.7. Emoticons
Emoticons are a simple tool you can use to elicit feedback. Most webinar software has one or more emoticons, such as a smiley face, hand-raising, confused face, and applause hands.
Some uses for emoticons are:
- Ask participants to use one of the emoticons to indicate if you are going too fast or too slow at any point during the webinar.
- Let participants request audio by using the hand-raising emoticon.
